5.1 Payment Processors
When you make a deposit or request a withdrawal, the minimum data necessary to process the transaction is shared with your payment provider – Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank payment networks or card networks. 5.2 Game Software Providers

8. Data Retention
VIP PKR retains your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to legal minimum retention periods. The key retention periods are:
- Active accounts: All account data is retained for the full duration that your account remains open. Closing your account does not automatically result in immediate deletion of all data – see below for post-closure retention.
- Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five years from the date of the transaction to satisfy AML and financial record-keeping requirements. This applies even after account closure.
- Identity verification documents: Retained for five years from the date of verification or from the date of account closure, whichever is later.
- Support communications: Retained for two years from the date of the last communication in a support ticket.
- Gaming activity logs: Retained for two years from account closure for dispute resolution purposes.
- Technical logs (IP, device data): Retained for 12 months from collection for security and fraud investigation purposes.
After the applicable retention period expires and there is no longer a legal or legitimate reason to hold the data, vip pkr will securely delete or anonymise it. Anonymised data – from which you cannot be identified – may be retained indefinitely for aggregate analytics purposes.

Request deletion of your data where there is no longer a legal basis to hold it. Note: legal minimum retention periods (Section 8) may prevent immediate full deletion.
Right to Restriction
Ask us to restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances, such as while a data accuracy dispute is being resolved.
Right to Portability
Request your data in a structured, commonly used format so it can be transferred to another service.
Right to Object
Object to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing. We will stop that specific processing on receipt of a valid objection.
VIP PKR will respond to all data rights requests within 30 days. Where a request is complex or involves a large volume of data, we may extend this by an additional 30 days with notice. We will never charge a fee for handling reasonable data rights requests.
10. Children's Privacy
The vip pkr platform is intended solely for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If you are under 18, you must not create an account or use the platform in any way.
Where vip pkr identifies that an account was created by a person under 18, the account will be closed immediately, all gaming activity will be voided and any deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method. The data collected during the period of underage usage will be retained only as long as necessary to process the closure and return of funds, after which it will be deleted.

11. Third-Party Links

12. Changes to This Policy
VIP PKR may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes that materially affect how your data is used, we will notify registered players via their registered mobile number or email address before the changes take effect.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically – at least once every three months, or whenever you receive a notification of updates from vip pkr. Continuing to use the platform after an updated policy has been notified to you constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
